Definition of words
At the beginning of each section of your Policy certain words have been defined. Defined words have the same meaning wherever they are used in that section or your Policy Schedule and they and other important words are highlighted by the use of bold print.
Renewing your policy
Your Landlords Insurance policy will automatically renew each year unless you tell us otherwise. We’ll send you notifications in advance to let you know when your policy is due to renew.
If you need to make any changes to your policy
If you have any questions or want to make any changes to your Landlords Insurance policy, please call us on 0800 035 8258. We’re always happy to help.
It’s really important that you let us know if anything changes, as it may impact your cover and your ability to make a claim.
Here are some examples of things you need to let us know about:
- you’re planning to move home or change address,
- you want to increase or change the value of your cover,
- the payment details for your policy change,
- you change your contact email address.
